JIMI HENDRIX

Ladies and gentlemen ... from SEATTLE, WA ... JIMI HENDIX ...

This is the very unique and expressive statue, located on the curb of BROADWAY AVE, that a private fund dedicated to one of the most famous SEATTLE citizens ... JIMI HENDRIX was in fact born and raised here in SEATTLE. Here he bought here his first guitar (he was left handed but he used right handed guitars) ... he learned to play ... and he played his first concerts here.

JIMI HENDRIX died in PARIS, FRANCE but his burial place is also located in SEATTLE ... actually in RENTON, WA ... between SEATLLE downtown and the SEATTLE airport ... but I didn't go to visit that ... I prefer to remember JIMI on his knees playing his guitar rather than under 6ft of ground ...
