FRIENDS & FIRE

So ... I didn't go to any unforgettable party. I didn't get drunk. I didn't get any type of drug. I didn't smoke any Cuban cigar. Actually I didn't smoke any cigar at all. I didn't get arrested. I didn't get laid. I didn't get any DUI. I didn't get in any fight. I didn't go for a midnight surfing. I didn't even go for a midnite swim in the Ocean ... a boring new year eve!? Noooo ... :o ... because I did what I love the most ... spend some great time with my friends ... and I am really happy I did it. So this is a funny picture of Oliver in the Cow Boy Taxi on our way to Manhattan Beach ...... and this is an other member of the 244 Montery Blvd Surf Club ... Justin who is celebrating in his way the New Year Eve ... working ... preparing cocktails ... and listening to funny stories of drunk people ... I think he could write a book with all the funny stories he listens every night ...... and here a picture that I really like ... Oliver, Jill and myself (yep ... I cut my beard ... and I decided to enter the 2007 only with the mustache) ... outside BEACHES in Manhattan Beach ...... and ... while we were walking back home ... we realized that 2007 is a 007 year ... so Oliver decided that this year for him will be a James Bond year ... and Jill decided this will be a Bond girl year for her ... and because the roles in the script were over ... the only thing I could do was the 007 movie director ... so I took the picture of the 007 scene ... :o ... pretty funny ...... and once we got home ... we open some bottle and while the CD player was playing "Light my fire" of the Doors ... and listening to Jim Morrison singing ... try to set the night on fire ... we decided that the 2007 needed a welcome fire ... a biiiiiiiiiig welcome fire ...... I guess that my fireplace never burned so much wood in a single nite ... and thanks G-D ... we didn't burn down the entire place ... even if at a certain point I felt like ... we went close to ... so ... these are the first fireworks of the year ...... you should have have seen this morning the cars parked in front of our places ... completely covered by ashes ... :D ... thanks G-D ... the police last nite ... was busy stopping every single drunk driver ...... and here I am ... soooo ... I wish to all of you a happy 2007 ... a 2007 full of friends and fire ... or whatever you like the most ... :D
