Running and running and running again ... this is pretty much what I need to do if I want to get ready for the marathon ... I decided to give up on the LA one because after I sprain my ankle in chile, I didn't run for 5 weeks ... but since 4 weeks I am back running ... and I am planning to go to the San Diego Rock N Roll Marathon on June 4th and / or to the San Francisco Marathon on July 29th ... anyways going back to running running running ... one of the problems is that most of the time you don't really know the distance you are running ... so if you have the same problem let me give you a small tip ... you can go to http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/ ... double click on your route ... and actually check how long you did run ... for example, this is my run this evening ...... 7.5 miles on the strand and up and down the hills ... I simply love love love this website ... easy and for free ... an other simple and useful tool by Google ... I am not sure if you are running ... but if you are not ... the chance to use this site can give you an excuse to start ... :)
