... now guess how much this small piece of land covered by all type of cr-p is worth? I would say 3 million US dollars. Yes. It is completely crazy. I know. They will build a house of wood that will cost probably 150K top. And they will sell it for something like $4 - 5 millions. Probably the guys who call all this an industry are just right. Houses are not anymore the place where people live, are pieces of an industry. True, but sad.
