$250,000 for LENIN

Fremont is a small city in Seattle, WA. It is the artists' neighbourhood. And its citizens have they self declared it the "Center of the Universe". Really a cool place. Tina came to Seattle for the weekend and we went around the city. Fremont was our first stop. We had a very nice breakfast and we start wandering around. The PENSKE truck is there just few feet away from the Center of the Universe ...

One of the highlights of Fremont is definitely the statue of Lenin. Basically it has been purchased by an artist living here back in eastern Europe in 1988 just after the Berlin Wall fell apart. He moved it to Fremont. He tried to sell it. But he didn't find any customer. In the meantime he died. His son and daughter decided to show it to the public. And look for possible customers. So Lenin is standing there. On a curb in Fremont, WA ...

If you are interested it is still on sale. Price is $250,000. Not a lot, if you have a big garden and a big wallett.
