Seen them today in CONSTITUTION AVENUE in WASHINGTON DC ...
... a colourful idea ... but ... I am not sure if it can work in other countries where the NATIONAL FLAG in not as AB-USED as here in US ... probably in ISRAEL ... but again ... there doesn't rain much ...
