Mera Peak (6,461m) is a moderate adventure but highest trekking peak, shred both Everest region and Makalu. This terrific peak roars south of Mt. Everest was first scaled in 1953. It’s an exciting and scenically fabulous peak being popular among trekkers and adventure climbers. Mera Peak is physically very demanding on account of the altitude and ascending snow-slopes rarely exceed 40 degree, however, it’s less technical then other trekkers peak in Khumbu region.

A short 35 min. Mountain flight brings you east of Kathmandu to Lukla. Continuing through less touristy trail through typical villages and their high grazing land takes you to uninhabited valley. Trekking along humid pine, oak and bamboo forest offer an opportunity to increase fitness and hectic with sub alpine and alpine zone.
